With full size beds and seat, you are not missing out with the Kyoto Hot Tub. Many manufacturers offer similar looking 3 person hot tubs – super compact for tiny spaces. But super compact often means short beds, narrow seats, shallow water. We have worked out that just because garden spaces are getting smaller – we are not!
If your space is limited, the Kyoto Hot Tub will be perfect for you. Being the the same depth as all our other Urban Spa models, the beds are just as long, and the middle seat is standard width and depth for a real adult to be comfortable in.
It is an incredibly versatile and simple to use plug-and-play hot-tub that comfortably accommodates 3 full sized people and is an ideal spa for the small family. Despite its compact dimensions, the Kyoto features two full-size reclined Lounge Beds as well as a seating position between. We have used a 3hp pump (rather than the more usual 2hp) and that provides a great “Big Spa” Hydrotherapy performance from the range of 28 stainless steel jets.
Our “BIG Spa” features also include a Zone diverter Control, Adjustable Air Venturi valves, Adjustable Cascade Water Feature, Colour Changing water-line Mood-Lighting with footwell flood light, Bluetooth Audio, and two super comfy EPA head pillows. We include our Dual Anti-Microbial Cartridge Filters and Automatic Ozonation System, Extra thick “Nordic” RTB insulation, a one piece moulded Floor Pan, our Super Strong welded Stainless Steel Perimeter Frame, and our beautiful maintenance free Composite Cabinet with Night-Light Corner panels. Phew – how did we get all that into our compact little Kyoto!

Delivery and Set-up options
Free local delivery up to 30 miles. Please call to discuss rates over this distance. This service may be carried out by our own teams or by a contractor. Spa will be delivered to the nearest vehicular accessible hardstanding area to your entrance. Conditions apply and may change without notice please discuss with us first.
Full commissioning service:
£249* plus any additional charges for Kerbside delivery above.
- Manoeuvring of spa from the drop off point to its final position**
- Removal of all packaging
- Connection to a suitable pre-existing electrical point
- Fitting of any accessories ordered with the spa
- Cleaning the shell and filling from customer’s hose
- System configuration as required
- Water chemical balance and dosing demonstration
- Handover with safe use training
*For up to 3.5 hours on site – if any additional time is required it will be charged at our standard hourly service rate.
